I’m finding it harder and harder to break the website now but by talking a few things through with my son Kyle, I noticed a fundamental error which is now resolved. Now, when a member buys a video a Unique ID is generated and sent with the email receipt and at the same time emailed to admin. Therefore, both Kytona and members have the same Unique ID. Members are then reminded to use the Unique ID in all communications with us so we can identify the video in question.
If any changes are required they are made via the Video Amendment form and the Unique ID is entered here as a required field.
The Unique ID is made up with username and then followed by 6 numerical digits and is sequential.
So still going live close of business on Tuesday.
